Checking fixture design need to be done urgent.

The fixture design drawing must detail the following information as a minimum: The part attitude in relation to the layout (i.e. car-position or work line position). Location and size of the master locator pins and net surfaces (must be consistent with approved datum scheme). All peripheral flush trim checks and scribed trim checks. All feeler checks, clearance and locations. All bushing locations and pin sizes. Location and size of all Go / No Go gauges. Location and devices for checking all SPC points (KPC). Location and type of all clamps. Proposed clamping sequence and techniques. A list of any additional inspection gauges (e.g. indicators, etc.) A list of acceptable construction materials. Size and style of fixture base (e.g. Material type, trade name, etc.) Overall length, width and depth of the fixture with forecast weight. Concerns involving operator ergonomics. Location of title block containing the program name, part name, part number, E/C level and build source information. Location of fixture loading instructions. Location of tooling balls (3 required) Location of the zero block. Designs must consider the environment in which the gauge is to be used when choosing material, slides, pins, clamps, etc., to ensure that they remain functional throughout the life of the gauge.
