convert photoshop PSD files into adobe Illustrator ai files with re size up to 4.5 meters

Hi there freelancers I have about 15 files in adobe photoshop PSD format that I need to convert into vector/ composed Images- I will provide the PSD files for you to convert, some of the files come in smaller size such as 1 / 10th of the finished product size, the biggest being 4.5 meters tall and 1.5 wide. Please read the full description and let me know if this is something you can do with out changing the quality of the finished product the finished files will have to be output CS5 legacy. Cheers
