Create 2D Animated Images

I'm looking for someone who can make 2d animated textures for a small game I am creating. Unfortunately, I'm not being paid to make this game, so my budget is somewhat limited. Time, however, isn't as constrained. Primarily, I need someone to make 2d animated images that are going to be pieced together to create wings that'll look like this: [login to view URL] An image is attached to provide a more concise example of what I'm asking you to do. As you can see, the wings consist of separate "feathers". You are simply going to recreate these feathers (in separate files) and animate each of them with a wave-like effect, as seen from the video linked above. The resolution of the images does not need to be high since it's going to be used for a top-down game. I will be providing more information and instructions to the chosen bidder.
