Hi, I am a licensed Texas architect, also registered in Israel. I typically draw projects in 3D with SketchUp and make all 2D drawings from a 3D model. I typically charge $40 per hour for this type of work, $80 per hour for work requiring a Texas licensed architect. If you just need 2D drawings I have a 2 hour min. per project. Thanks, Jim

Hello Andezign, I am Architect Ms. Jigisha, a team member at JJdatajobs (with my husband - Jitendra). I have practiced architecture for 15 years. Now I am 'At-home' worker. I do not know if you want to consider an Architect for this project. I would like to take this up, because it appears from the project brief that you shall be having such drafting tasks on a regular basis. I am quoting fees as an example. Actually, you could be having designs in different sizes, with different details and therefore, the fee calculation shall not hold good for other designs. If I may suggest, we could work on hourly basis. My fees shall be $20 per hour. This kind of design can take about 2 - 2.5 hours, for presentation drawings.
