The work is primarily understanding our machine learning / expert system (coded in Perl) and doing data-entry to enter rules that we've set up, with possible minor customizations for our use case. To begin with, I'd like to do a mini-project at fixed price, and then see if we can move onto hourly for more sophisticated work -- knowledge of ML is a huge PLUS for some of the later work. Also, need rapid turn around and iterations.
