Alterations to Perl Auction script

I have had a perl auction script installed for a client. There are 2 jobs involved at the moment but there will probably be more. I am looking for someone who is very good with perl as I would also like to use this person later on to make the script a lot more user friendly via an admin area (at present the user has to change most options via the config which is no good for someone with little or no web experience), although this won't be for this particular website. The jobs for this project are as follows: 1. The script currently only offers the ability in the config to add categories and sub categories, my client needs it to also offer sub sub categories via the config. 2. He would like the links to CHAT, CLASSIFIEDS/COMMUNITY and BULK LISTER taken off wherever they appear as he doesn't want to use these. They may only be in the footer part of the site.
