database website

This is a project to create a website with a small database service. it involves experience in https,CSS,HTML,PHP and MYSQL. the website will be composed by 2 databases with a series of dynamically created tables and a set of html screens to fill up those tables, and to list data from them in certain ways, eventually showing some bar/pie graphs from the data generated on-the-fly. In addition 2 scripts must run every night on the server to crunch the data of the database. all calculations are very simple and will be provided. no design is necessary, only all the HTML & PHP generated HTML must follow some standard CSS style file, that our designers will later modify. this CSS file is of your choice but must enable us later to completely change the look/feel of the website every user will use his login/password to access his tables on the database and will be able to add data and view data too. minimal user management is needed (user registration form) once the user logs in, all transactions will be encripted (https). no frames, no flash is allowed. the database structure is as follows 1 DB 16 tables generated dynamically for every user who registers. 15 html/css files to input data on the DB 9 html/css files to output data from the DB 2 automated scripts for data calculation warning emails must be sent to users triggered by data reaching certain values the code must be CLEAN and most important lines commented, for subsequent modification and expansion of the system, by you or other engineers.
