Data gathering/comparison website

Please be sure to read the ENTIRE description. - After full payment all rights for website/technique transfer to me. - You are not allowed to sell the script/site again. - You should be able to communicate by email in clear English. - If you are not able to script something please tell me. - The script/site source should be clear and editable. What I need is a site that does about the same what a site like K*A*Y*A*K dot com does. A daily scrape job will gather data (at night) from at least 3 sites that provide tickets and store that data into a database from wich it can be pulled by the users to serve them with quick (not entirely up-to-date) results. Also a chart should be made how much different prices are rising or falling during a week/month/year to different destination, a good graphical presentation of this would be nice. The site should be created in English but HAS to be build in a way that I can translate it to a different language by simply changing a LANGUAGE FILE. So in short: I need a complete working site that serves the visitors the lowest prices after being compared on at least 3 sites. The site needs to be flexible and you should be able to add maybe more sites in a later period. The visitor should be presented the results in a very good looking web2.0 style way and be able to see how much a ticket from the same destination was a week ago, a month ago and a year ago, this way you get a good view on the trend of ticketpricing. The script should be able to fetch data from at least 3 different sites, I should be able to enter depart city and destination city in the admin (multiple) and the script should fetch the lowest price on the sites. After a visitor selected a ticket on the site they should be redirected to the original site with the parameters (depart city - arrive city - round trip yes/no - number of persons - date - maybe 1 or 2 more) and the affiliate code. Budget is tight on this project, I've seen this done on here before so bid accordingly please.
