Real estate website has the feature like, - User can post their flats/house/row house for sale/rent - The required/end user will approach his ad and request for quote/auction to buy it. So the I need a chat application in which, user (who posted the ad) can be able to have chat with the user who is seeking for such ad (that is end user OR agent). Also include that: - I want to include this chat application in my current project developed in PHP - I should be able to have multiple chat options at a time. - Did you worked before on web based chat application? - How long + $$$$ required to execute this project (exact). - If you're a fresher, then I would like to know "in what way you'll start working and the concept behind developing the chat application".
