Captcha for Article Feedback Feature

We have an existing reader feedback feature that we have disabled due to spam. We'd like to have a captcha in place to reduce this activity on our site as well as preventing comments that contain certain words (ie. viagra, poker, etc.) from being posted even if the captcha is passed. This list must be configurable. Feedback is provided on a per article basis and written to a separate table in our database. This was working at the time that we removed this feature from our main site and should not be modified, only captcha validation and keywords to block posts. Solution must be easily supported by our team as well as setup on our existing PHP template. The winning bidder is to include some kind of documentation on the setup.
