Cake PHP/ Website Finishing

We are in a business closely related to farming, animals and green fiber. We are getting ready for launch of a new website. The website is 80% done. It's on a Linux machine, with MySQL as the DB. All the code is in cakePHP. It's a really easy system once you get used to it. Most of the general information is being handled, collected, saved and stored. All we need is some small things to get the site ready for launch like, tightening up security and putting in the commerce side of the website. The duties in this project include 1.) Put e-commerce system in place. (We provide a service and charge a fee for that service. There are 4 or 5 different options for taking a payment.) 2.) Photo/file upload capability. 3.) Enable security features. 4.) Password retrieval. 5.) Additional tweaking and css for atheistic purposes. Optional: Copy work for up to 6 - web pages needing 2-3 paragraphs each. We are currently waiting on a design to be finished and once that's done it will need to be implemented.
