create ''skins'' for php/mysql script

I'd like a coder to implement 10 "skins" for a PHP/MySQL script called "GPix", which you can read more about here: [login to view URL] As you can see, the default design (which you can view by clicking the Demo link) is quite primitive. Please note the following: ***** THIS PROJECT HAS ALREADY BEEN STARTED by another coder on RAC! Thus, your work is already 50% finished! I think that this project can be done in < 1 week, possibly just one or two days! ***** So, why is this being reposted? The previous coder did not do a good job on the implementation of the skin designs, so I need someone to re-implement the designs (which are already created as .PSD files) for use with GPix. Please note that GPix uses the Smarty template system: [login to view URL] You should NOT bid on this project unless you are familiar with Smarty! I've attached the following: 1) The complete GPix software (gpix_system), version 1.1.1. This requires a PHP/MySQL server. Installation is simple: upload the files, then run "[login to view URL]" 2) The PSD Photoshop files (psd_files) that the previous coder/designer created. These are very nice designs, which you can use for this project. 3) The actual skins that were implemented from the PSD files (skins/1, skins/2, etc...). These are implemented in Smarty and CSS. They need a lot of improvement, however. 4) "bugs_to_fix" is a list of the design problems that I found in the skins that were implemented by the other coder/designer. The goal of this project is to fix and improve these skin designs. The method of using just CSS to achive these designs (by use of the background-image CSS attribute) is not a good idea, for reasons that I noted in my screenshots. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Smarty, PHP, MySQL
