ajax / xslt / javascript (python / django would great but not critical)

We're looking for an expert front end developer (preferably with a design background as well) who is truly exceptional in their ajax / javascript / XSLT skills. If you're great with python / django all the better (not a big deal if you're not). If you're an average coder don't bother applying. We're a very well funded startup (skype founders are our key investors) developing a very cool web app. We're all based in London and would prefer someone in the UK but anyone within a couple timezones will be fine. We're looking for at least 20-40 hours per hour week, and at least 2-4 months of work. We're not fussed about lowest cost, but rather best value ... we want someone very detail-orientated and kickass. So come on! Apply now ... we needed you yesterday. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
