Design 2 websites, 1 with Constant Contact Syncing & Database

Website #1: Front end I need to design a simple, clean website that will be interchangeable with 4 different domain names. The only page will be a simple graphic for 1 of the 4 domains and the text: "Please call 555-555-5555". I can switch between domains easily but just need the design to be created for me. I need the graphics created for each domain. Website #2: Simple Store Front w/ Database backend (MySQL) and Constant Contact Syncing I need a simple, clean site designed that will showcase real estate lots that will allow the potential buyer to sort and filter through current inventory. There will only be 2 pages for people to access: the main page (which will show inventory) and a contact us page. To gain access to the current inventory page (the main page), the potential buyer will be asked to provide an email address that will be verified and then synced into an Constant Contact database ([login to view URL] for APIs) upon verification. Once the email address is verified, a cookie will be stored on the potential buyer's browser for easy access in the future. If the cookies are deleted or not stored, the user can re-enter their email address and if it matches one in the Constant Contact database, they will be granted access. No passwords required. If the cookie isn't found, a simple form asking to enter your email address will show. The simple store front MySQL database will contain the following fields: Address, City, ZipCode, LotSize, Price, Subdivision, County, Status, Features, Utilities, Notes. The Status can be 1 of 4 options: Active, PendingSell, Sold, PendingPurchase. The current inventory page will only show those with Active or PendingPurchase. PendingPurchase records will display a "Coming Soon" on the website for the Price. Features will be 1 of 4 options: Dry, WaterFresh, WaterGulf, WaterGulfDirect. Potential buyers will be able to select a checkbox to filter results they want with these options. They will also be able to sort the table (ascending and descending) by Features, Utilities, City, County, ZipCode. Each record will have a link to Google Maps automatically generated on the inventory page. Perhaps this would be best in XML, I'm not sure. There will be on average 25-30 records at any one time, but upwards of 100 are possible. I will also need a simple database editing backend that will only be accessible to me. I will need to be able to add, modify, and delete records within this backend. It doesn't need to be fancy, just extremely functional. I want to come to the initial administrator page and show all the records in a table format, then be able to add, delete or edit individual records. Website layout to model: www.lindyrealty.com. Obviously color schemes and links will change, but the basic layout is what I am looking for.
