Data Feed module for coupons/deals website.

We need a full scope Linkshare network datafeed module for our website. It should have the following functionalities: - Import and automatically publish new stores from CSV files with merchants we are affiliated with. Some changes have to be made to our site and applied to the existing stores so the merchant ID and other information can be attached to each store. This will be needed for the coupons/deals import. When importing CSV file the existing stores should be skipped, new stores should be added, and stores that are not in the file should be removed along with all the coupons and deals for that store (confirmation is required to complete the action) This module should interact only with stores from the LinkShare network. - There are 2 Web services on the Linkshare network that can be used to obtain coupons: Coupon Finder (returns results in XML file) and the Coupon Web service. We need the module to work automatically with the Coupon Web service and the ability to manually import XML files with coupons. - Expired coupons should be deleted automatically. Previous experience with Linkshare Web Services is a plus. If we are satisfied with the completed project we might hire the same company for several similar projects.
