Create a new website

Hello Coders I want a database driven website which should have similar functions as found in ezinearticles.com. I want all the functions of [login to view URL] implemented in my website but the layout needs to be different and also the no. of links in navigation bar should be limited. Please view this website created by me http://www.genericarticles.com. This website is static website and I am facing the problem of adding articles manually and then formatting them, which is very time consuming. Please present a mockup before your bid is accepted. Basically, I want a website where I add articles in mysql database in simple word format and all the formatting is accepted in the database as in ezinearticles.com. So, view my website and then present a prototype that includes all features of ezinearticles.com. I only want the construction of website with features. The script should be simple without any extra useless code and the file size should not be too big. Also, what facilities needs to be on my server to run the new website?
