Convert PSD to XHTML & CSS Wordpress Theme

I am looking for a wordpress coder to code this PSD template into a wordpress theme. <[login to view URL]> Here are some important notes for bidders: ~ Code this PSD into Tableless CSS and XHTML strict ~ CSS and XHTML codes for all pages must be valid ~ Compatible with the latest wordpress version ~ Widget Ready theme ~ The main design must be centered on the page, with the gradient graphic running along the top used as a repeat-x background and the lowest colour of the gradient used as a background colour. ~ Must be compatible with ie, firefox, opera and all major browsers ~ Graphics must remain the same crisp quality ~ All the example formatting graphics contained in the PSD (all text/images on the sidebar,main content,header and footer) must be made into actual HTML instead of images. I want the theme to be formatted exactly as is shown in the PSD. ~ The search bar must look exactly like that depicted in the PSD, and work. PLEASE NOTE! I have loads of PSD's ready to be converted into wordpress themes in the near? future, this job is kind of a test to the winning bidder, depending on the quality of work and price, i have plenty more of these jobs for you.
