Complete/Code my Word Press Template

I have a Word Press Template that needs to be coded, the back end for the template needs to be completed. The site PSWorkshop is a Search Engineer, dedicated to Photoshop Tutorials, the site should have the same features as the current [login to view URL] site and those features should include the following: Submit a Tutorial, Browse Tutorials, Search for a Tutorials, Categories (basic,fx...), Top Tutorials, Registration, Login which provide a list of submitted tutorial by user id, Statistics, the # of users online, hit rate for tutorials views. Review the current site to see the features and also create an account and login to see the registered user’s features. Here is my current site: [[login to view URL]][1] Here is the Word Press Template that needs to be coded(NEW TEMPLATE) <[login to view URL]> See the attachment for more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
