Community Website

I am looking for a coder to complete the front-end and back-end implementation of a community website. The site should allow users to search, create profiles, share photos and blog. The site will require the administrator and users of the site to make multiple frequent updates to the site's database. Some skills needed for this project will be: Asp.net, Ajax, Photoshop, CSS and others. On the front-end: I'm looking for a designer that is talented with colors. The site should have a simplistic, clean look with an "artsy" feel. I need two key features that are a must on the front-end side: 1. A zoom-in feature similar to the one found in the link below when a mouse rolls over an image <[login to view URL]> 2. A feature that allows images on a page scroll from right to left and vice-versa as in the link below <[login to view URL]> On the back-end: I need someone that is really proficient with working with databases. The site should allow users create their profiles and manage it as needed. Users should be able to add data to the database. I will need to be able to take user inputs, search user profiles, sort data and upload the results as needed. I will also need a simplistic interface that will allow the administrator make alot of frequent updates to it. I am very reliable and will be available to answer all questions in a timely manner. I'm looking forward to working with a very diligent, personable, fast and honest coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
