Clone of Floodtheclub.com for my website

I would like a clone of the website floodtheclub.com. My website is Nylime.com. Further this new website would be like [login to view URL] as we both do club promotions. Starting at the top of the page everything should be the same like they have it in flash if you want change it around so it doesn't look like we are copying but stick to the same stuff. On the nav bar we should have (Welcome/Events, About, Jobs, Advertising, contact , photo gallery/videos, Member Photos, Message Boards, Bookmark Site!) Welcome/Events in this section any user should be able to essentially be able to upload their event, but it must be approved by me also for any even that i choose to post the font color must be different so users know it is my party. other than this everything must look the same. The rest of the links can appear as they have it on the site with not much more changing. Also when users register their must be an option that also has state as their site does not have this. Further i must have an option for searching for only New York Members and being able to download their emails and cell phone #'s seperate as i have to do email newletters to them and cell phone messages. Also after i select NY users i must also be able to download users whose birthdays are from a specific range for example New York Members whose birthdays are from january 6th-febuary 9th. For the photogallery when i upload pictures there must be a way to show the most viewed image here is an example.
