Buddypress (Wordpress MU) theme with specific requirements

I need someone who has experience with Wordpress MU, more specifically with the Buddypress add-on. I am expanding upon a current website, and need someone who can create a professional Buddypress theme based on my specifications. I can provide a photoshop mockup of what the site should look like when finished, but I need someone to turn that mockup into a working Buddypress theme, including both a home page theme and member theme.? I'm not looking to spend too much, as this is a fairly simple project, and I am willing to allot a fair amount of time for completion, perhaps two weeks or so. The coder agrees not to disclose any information of this project publicly, and all logos, names, and other related items are copyrighted material, which may not be re-used or redistributed in any fashion.
