Custom Wordpress Theme from PSD

We are looking for a talented designer to slice a PSD file (already created) and create a cross-browser compliant theme. Requirements: - Take existing PSD file and slice into optimized components - Optimized images should load quickly without suffering any loss of quality - Must use PNG files for all elements that need transparency (logo, tabs, bottom bar) Navigation: - Top level navigation will be provided using tabs - Secondary navigation will be included in a featured content section on every page under these tabs - We will use pagemash to manage the order and visibility of the tabs and submenus Custom Scripting: - Home page will need to be custom scripted to show the latest blog posts - Bottom bar needs to have slow scrolling text in the center section (We will combine the latest posts and upcoming events to create the feed) Timeframe: - Should be done within 10 days Payment: - Will be made when our client pays (We expect within 7 days of completion)
