I currently use several different programs/databases to maintain contact/sale/product info/order tracking on my network. I would like to assemble these into one database. I use ACT to maintain my contact Database I use Paper for work orders. I use paper/Quickbooks for quotes/orders. I use Quickbooks for billing. I will continue using Quickbooks, but data must be able to continuosly port back and forth between this program and Quickbooks. I would like to have it in fully editable form, Access if possible, SQL if not. It must be able to be edited on the fly. This project must leave open options for tying into our PDAs. In the third phase we plan to implement a system using them to keep data requested on them. This must be left open for future web development. In the next Phase we plan to implement our interactive section of the site where agents/customers can log in and view/modify orders/quotes, contact info, work orders, order tracking info, etc. This project MUST BE dummy-proof. The users will not have much time for training, and it must be point-click usage. Features will be discussed in depth once bid is gotten.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
## Deadline information
This is a fast-paced business and we cannot be down for the smallest time. The most time we are ever down is from Friday at 7 PM to Monday at 6 AM every weekend. The database has no current time frame, and may not be implemented for 6 months, but we are looking for other ways to maintain the data we now mostly keep on paper.
