C# Reverse Stereo and Stereo/Mono Application

I am looking for a program that? has basically two buttons with indicators to show which button is pushed.? Button number 1 will turn off? button number 2 (if pressed)? and route the audio from? the left channel to my right speaker(s) and the right channel to my left speaker(s) (reverse stereo).? Button number 2 will turn off? button number 1 (if pressed) and route the left channel audio to both the left and right speaker(s) (mono). I would like it to work on the system as a whole whether it is real-time streaming audio from another web site or a CD/DVD or a wave file, etc.? So basically it should work on a level that will affect all software applications.? Also, there are obviously different type of speaker configurations (i.e. 2/2.1, 4/4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 7.1).? This? application should work for all configurations.? ? It should work on all left speakers and/or all right speakers. ? The code should open source and be written in C#.? The program should work on a PC with XP or Vista and it should be hardware/driver independent (i.e. sound card, etc.).
