Design and build a request for quote website

? ? ? ? I would like to have website designed and built that will provide individuals withs quotes from local contractors and service providers. An individual should be able to sign up for the site, choose the service that they need, provide a job description and then have that request for quote sent out to all the contractors/businesses that provide that service. For requestors of quotes the site is free to sign up. For the businesses that sign up they would be charged a fee. Essentially they are paying for exposure to customers. The businesses would then provide quotes to the requestors.? ? ? ? ? The site is meant to be a link between customers and service providers. The main purpose is for customers to get the best price for whatever their need is. The services that would be availble on the site could be anything from home remodeling to party catering. ## Deliverables I would like the homepage to have a question and answer blog and be editable by myself.
