Create a DLL component or ActiveX that allows Win32 PC to send/receive SMS by modem using fixed line SMS standard. 1. The component should perform similarly to the 'fixed line SMS' command of a linux open source pabx system 'Asterisk' in terms of functions. Other references might be used. Requirement: 1. Full Source code and API Documentation (proprietary 3rd party components for fundamental functions, e.g. serial coms, can be used, subject to our approval).
