Bill Validator EBA-11 and MK4 Hopper

Hi, we need to program an Infoterminal / Payment system which runs under Windows 2000 Professional. The device has a built-in banknote acceptor: EBA-11 from JCM and a MK4 Hopper. We would like to write a small program which gives a small gui and cash in based on the selection (i.e. 1 x meal, 1 x drink). I need a dll or the routines for performing following tasks: ? **- Send command to the EBA-11 to read and accept a banknote? in EUR ? - Send command to the MK4 Hopper to payout x number of coins **Let me know if you need more information.
