This web project will involve the construction of a 40 page website in three parts. Part one will require minor modifications to a set of preexisting templates that will involve the adding of one additional navigation button and changes to tables to build four new page templates. Sample images of the original and modified templates are available for download. All design elements and text have been finalized so there is no design work involved, purely construction. We will provide original templates that can be accessed in web page layout programs such as Dreamweaver and GoLive as well as multi-layered Photoshop files which can also be used for these modifications and imported into Dreamweaver or GoLive. All changes to the templates should be completed in Photoshop and then imported into a web page layout application. The new templates must be compatible with Dreamweaver or GoLive. The contractor will provide both new templates and modified Photoshop files as part of the deliverables for this project. Part two involves the construction of one web form with 15 questions that needs to drive a MySQL database at our hosting partner, Godaddy.com. We also need a way to query the MySQL database by downloading .csv files for offline analysis in a database program. We also have a Client Log-In page that will be placed only for a future online application that will be built later. The last piece is a newsletter subscription form. Part three will involve the posting of the deliverable for acceptance testing. The contractor shall also be responsible for posting the accepted site to our hosting partner as the last deliverable. We are making sample pages of the templates available as part of the bidding process to assist contractors in scoping the effort for their bids. All graphical and text files will be sent to the winning contractor along with an archive of acrobat files that will have the layout for each page in the site.
