I need to build a website to be hosted on my own private server and will be available only for two or three users. you will be required to setup the server, i will give you a remote login and the website. the website is to be secure so behind a login page. the website will have alot of integration with google maps API and in terms of the actual database it will be quite simple. i have a website which is exactly what i am after that i can forward on for you to have a look at. i also have a word document that has all the requirements outlined in detail that i will make available to selected candidates. other features is i will need the ability to export a record to a pdf file. please note i was not born yesterday and i wont be willing to pay the entire fee upfront. i am looking to build a relationship with someone for ongoing work. cheers, Mark
