build a page (with a top bar with some easy functions like share) where another webpage is shown

I want to build the following: 1) one page with: 1.1 a top bar that contains: - logo icon, - log out function, - share function (with at least Fb share, Gplus, linkedin and main emails others), - send feedback function 1.2 The content of the page is one button in the center (call it Start) once I click on it I can surf the content of another website ([login to view URL]) still having bar on top with the functions working (meaning that if I click on share I share the website I am surfing) 2) To access that page I need an easy landing page with: 2.1 classic register (with user agreement box and link to another page with the text of user agreement) (register must be functioning with error handling). 2.2 login (from facebook also) (login must be functioning with error handling). 2.3 space for an explanation video (from youtube) You will get the work if you agree with the following: a) I send you the layout of the page as I need it (both landing page and the one with the bar) b) Website must be compatible with I.E. 7-8-9, Chrome and Opera at least c) I need you to fix the website on my godaddy account (there is already a website that I need you to remove and change with the new one) d) I need you to add also my google analytics code e) I need you to use .net, ruby or php in a way that I can edit some content and add some text f) I do not want to install any online tool or use strange CMS for this website Just contact me if you can deliver what I need with a reasonable price
