auction website redesign and functions

We are looking for skilled programmer with great knowledge of php and web design, Ajax and jquery to enhance, modify our website to a new fresh feel and look. The website is free for users, so our costs is paid with banner ads from Google. Right now the website is very well viewed, but not used , and therefore we need total remake of website feel and touch. So that it will be easier to use form-wise. The layout must be fresh and clean looking like [login to view URL] and formwise like [login to view URL] or this website as good example for form layout. must have is social login and register with google, hyves,nl and facebook Most of stuff can be killed, like community, instead we want VB forum integrated like ebid. After finishing it must not be noticed we use phpprobid script.
