auction website from scratch

I need a simple HTML, PHP, MYSQL and maybe CSS auction website from scratch, see the picture below. I don`t need free auction website scripts, downloaded from the internet... and I don`t need CMS... I need only a simple auction webiste from scratch. This site should have a 5-8 table database and should include an index file, an header and footer, a config page, admin, functions, adding item, item details, adding a image to the item, edit item, a register page, a login and a logout page and maybe another things that you think an auction website should have with a few rows with explanation code in every file like: $blablabla==1; // this code will do this . The menu should be like the image below and should include 4 things: "Home", "Items", "How to Bid" and "Contacts" In the left side should appear all the categories and in the right side, the active items. I`m awaiting your offerts. Take a look at the picture below PS: If you could make a feedback system where the sellers and buyers could receive positive, negative or neutral feedbacks would be great. This auction website should be simple.
