Customizing of Classifieds Component and Template design for Joomla

I want to create a website where everyone can post offers and searches for a ride. The page should be similar to [login to view URL], but the design should be similar to [login to view URL] I want to use Joomla for this, possibly with a modification of the Classifieds component and integration with CommunityBuilder Extension. There should be a simple and an advanced search form, it should be possible to do related searches for working days only and advanced option (non smokers only, luggage allowed, fuel cost sharing etc...) The design should definitely be similar to [login to view URL], and should have a clean, simple layout with a touch of Web2.0 interface. It can also be created on an existing template (if there is an existing one, I don't know of any) Please bid only if you've already opinions of other buyers, I want consider bids of providers with no feedback yet. Payment preferibily with [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but open for other methods of payment as well. Hope to hear from you :-)
