Custom retail service website

I am looking for a designer who can build a custom website for my small online retail business. I have a rough idea of what design I want, and I would prefer not to use any clipart. The ordering will be done through email, unless there is a cost effective way to have it included. The following are required: - feedback system for customers to log in and post their feedback/comments, should authenticate with their google/FB/etc - approx. 10 pages - design a few simple images for the website - eg shoes bag t-shirt etc - if possible include blog page - have Facebook, YouTube and Twitter buttons I would prefer a simple solution, that uses something already existing (eg, if a blog or existing online solution can be customized to obtain this, it would be ok). This is a small business and the budget is small.
