Custom Reporting System for Event Metric data via Flurry Analytics

The project is a web-based Reporting system designed to produce reports using data from Flurry analytics servers, accessed via a RESTful API (see: [login to view URL]). The data is generated by two mobile applications (one iPad and one iPhone) and provides event metrics describing user activity within these mobile apps. Please note: The complete specifications are in the attached document. These paragraphs are just the first page of that document. If you want to win this project, you need to demonstrate in your Bid that you have actually read the full document. Failure to read the entire document before bidding will doom your bid to be ignored. The data is organized by events, each of with includes a corresponding parameter list. For example, an event called “IssueTOCSelectRecipe” has a parameter called “Recipe” which contains the name of the recipe selected (in this example, the user has selected a Recipe from the Issue Table of Contents). The data returned from the Flurry API might look the data in the attached PNG ([login to view URL]). The URL used to access the api for this event looks like this: [login to view URL] (the access code and api key are not real in this example so this URL will not work) Note that the Flurry API can return data in XML or JSON, we have no preference, use whichever you prefer (but please select one format and use only that format throughout the system). There will be approximately 30 “reports”, plus two or three “Summary Stats” pages which will not display columnar data, but instead will provide a summary of several different statistics and rolled-up event data (e.g Top Ten Most Popular Recipes, Top 3 Most Popular Chefs, total number of users who watched a video, etc.). Most reports will use an identical template. Some will require complex roll-ups, combining different data sets from different API requests, etc. More details are in the document attached. A spreadsheet is also attached here which details the specifications for the reports. I will be available to review and discuss the details of these reports as needed, during the project.
