Elviranett Solutions is planning to rebuild our homepage in the beginning of december this year. We have already created a company profile that must be used to present the graphical look of the new homepage. This graphics will be delivered to the developer as PSD-file. Attached is our base requirements for the new homepage that will replace www.elviranett.com. We are looking for a developer with great artisitc talent and the eye to meet our desires with a great freedom to develop our new page. The project is scheduled to start in beginning of december this year, and should be ready for public launch by 1st january 2013. Bidders with good reputation and good references (according to our taste) will be contacted. We will not accept any payment option outside Freelancer. Communication can be done via email or Skype, but the project will be completed within Freelancer. Unserious bidders that do not bid with a realistic price tag will not be choosen. Please note! We are using some time to select the winner.
