Create multiple matching templates

Hi there, I don't have time for jokers, my website is located at [login to view URL], firstly I need one header file that is linked to each page of the site so I can make changes to that file which will change the rest of the pages. I need one PHPbb3 style done at [login to view URL] to match [login to view URL] I then need one template done for [login to view URL] My menu system is done in AJAX so that will need to be configured too and add nice looking drop don menus.
