You should be able to program and design a complex website and Logo for me. The website will contain the following features: -Shorten URL (Like: [login to view URL]) -Shorten URL and if user clicks on it he will see an advertisement for 10 seconds and after that he can skip the advertisement and go on the linked page. The Link publisher will earn a percentage of the advertisement shown. It needs to be kept track of how much earnings the publisher already has. Nice Graphs of his performance development and all that should be available for users. On the otherside there are the advertisers that also need a login-area. They can promote their banners or videos. They should be able to use their budget/day and their overall budget. (Similar to google adwords) Web security is also very important to me. Only personalized proposals will be excepted. If your proposal looks fine to me I´ll give you further information and you need to design a logo based on those information to prove your skills. As long as I like what I see, you are hired!
