Create Forum for Music Website

What the project must achieve: [login to view URL] must create a nice looking forum which will go in to our existing site www.epictunes.com. The forum must be contained in the existing site, you must keep the header of the site and display the forum underneath. It MUST look like the rest of the site. [login to view URL] link up with our existing database so our current members will NOT have to create an account. So when they log in as a user into Epictunes, they also have access to the forum, under the same name. [login to view URL] forum must allow the members to have their own avatars and signatures. [login to view URL] forum must have a ranking system of which the number of posts determines the rank. [login to view URL] would like to have on our homepage a small list of the latest topics being discussed. So there should be a section on the homepage called “Latest discussions on forums”, these topics should be links to which users can click on to take them to the forums (or a login page if they are not yet logged in, which we have currently) [login to view URL] need 2 ADMIN accounts created so we can moderate all what is going on, but we also have the rights to give other users a moderator status. [login to view URL] forum should allow users to post photos.
