Create / Copy Website - Similar To - SEE Details Inside:

Hello - I need a website created similar to this website: [login to view URL] Question for you: Is it Easier/Cost effective to Copy full site with all the images and links and then edit? OR Do it from scratch? I know there are softwares such as BlackWidow that quickly copies the whole site so after we can edit it.... The sample site above is done in wordpress - Question: Will coping the site allow me to quickly change all the menus and optimization links? I have a logo - it's attached. I need to be able to EDIT/ Change All Images and Menu items and text. What I like about the site above I think it is very well optimized, I need similar/same optimization, but with different Look and on my url. Summary: 1. Copy site [login to view URL] 2. Edit design (logo, colors, menu feel and some menu text, change text...etc.,) 3. I want to be able to easily change the text myself from the backend!!! 4.
