Create a Blog to be used with CJ affiliates

I need a blog, clean feel, to be used with commission junction affiliates (about 500). Needs to be integrated with social medias, good email capture, no payment gateway, and some Jquery to make it nice. I should be divided in categories of products. Each of the affiliate will have our review of they're services under they're banners. Please read the scope of work and bid with suggestions and experience. please dont offer SEO at this time.
