Company Website + Yearly Event Webpage (linked)

We are a German Consulting Company based in Brasov, Romania. We own 2 websites: 1. [Posting and asking of direct contact details is strictly prohibited and will get your account [login to view URL] admin] (our company organizes every year an event, which has it's dedicated website) These 2 websites are no longer being updated and we want to take to opportunity to redesign, ease Content Management and centralize the hosting/maintenance services in one place. The idea is to have the following work done: 1. have a very simple and user friendly CMS, in order for us to be able to manage the content/updates ourselves-for both websites. We need a simple and fast solution which enables, on the one hand, to update content in the predefined "sections" of the website, but also to be able to edit the "sections" and layout 2. rearrange/rethink the websites' layout-in principle, the layout that is existing now should suffer minor changes, major changes will happen in terms of content-for both websites. Simple Flash animations ideas are welcomed 3. we need to have a "video streaming" solution in place for both websites-large bandwidth, high storage capacity (or based on the inputs of the supplier, find the optimal solution). We need a "high-tech" design, we reject from the idea of having a "youtube" or "vimeo" kind of solution 4. we need to be able to add links to various data feeds (perhaps even RSS) 5. we need to be able to post "news" (this should be linked to our requirement of being able to send automatic or "custom" notifications AND newsletters to a distribution list that is managed from the website(s) ) 6. we want to be able to show "quoted" content as "thumbnail" style (e.g screenshot + picture from an article posted on an external website) content (both for external content and for content that is being "shared" between the 2 websites). In addition, please bid (as an optional service) the following: 1. Transition description (transitioning from the existing hosting company to yours - DETAILS, TIME LINES and COSTS) 2.
