Clipshare and OSCommerce Modifications / Branding / Website Design

I have a ClipShare Pro script and an OSCommerce template that both need to be customized to have a consistent look and feel for my site. I need someone or a team that is fluent with design and fluent with these scripts. The audience is a skateboard, BMX and surf audience, so think hip and edgy. I will also need to create the same look and feel to a forum and blog. I will send more information and links to sample sites to bidders that I feel are qualified for this project. Please do not bid or contact me if you are not experienced with these scripts and if you don't have an ability to implement creative, edgy designs. I will only consider bids with samples. I will pay in full once the project is complete.
