Hello, I DON'T NEED A NORMAL CLASSIFIEDS SITE I NEED SOMETHING NEW, MODERN, INNOVATIVE ... SO the company with the best idea and proposal will get the project I will give u hint: users can post with/without account , they can post normal ads with fixed prices and Best offer ads ( buyers will comments on the listing in order to post there offers) Facebook Classifieds groups are working better than websites, because its fast and easy , users immediately post photo and description and start selling.. so we should find a better way to gain ppl again waiting for your proposals and ideas, don't ask us to award u.. just create a good proposal with a good innovative ideas The awarded person will have to develop android and iphone apps also, if they don't create apps we will award a second person for that Regards

Obviously, classifieds websites will have ads with fixed prices and best offers but daily/weekly deals is something that has always been kept separate.
