Cell Phone Master Dealer Web Site

I need to create a web site from scratch. I do not need just a web site from a template that looks like most of the sites I see from most web designers. We need content in the main page and about 8 other pages (could be as much as 10). The person that gets the award would need to create the banners, logo and such. This web site is for a cellular phone distributor looking for master dealers which will be signing up cell phone dealers to sell the service. It needs to look very professional, very high tech. Please when you send me samples of your work, I would like to see some high tech designs, if you send me all the work you do, I will delete the message and not even contact you. As soon as I finish this project, I will have another project almost right away which we could award to the same company if happy with the service. This page needs to be operational as soon as possible so it is imperative that you give us an accurate estimate. If the work is not done in time there will be monetary penalties.
