Build auction website using 3rd party auction bidding software. Recommend appropriate software. Do Not need to write script for bidding. Integrate such auction/bidding script mentioned above into website We will provide graphics for master page and frame for each page Create the site so that menus and overall layout can be revised as necessary over time Build the site so that we can have someone without HTML experience load images and text for each new auction Allow for easy overall website maintenance without computer programming experience, provide simple administration interface for non programmers Provide advice as to appropriate Verisign products needed to ensure transaction encryption and a secure website Enable and test credit card purchases (the script for payment is probably contained within the 3rd party auction/bidding software) MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR MEETING IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA and must speak English fluently
