Build VPN user interface

Develop and install a website for VPN access portal site using Joomla or Wordpress. Simple site explaining what a vpn is and how it works with credit card processing shopping cart system listing vpn portal access only for now. Shopping cart system should allow multiple online products for future expansion. Site must interface with our VPN user system to automatically setup customers once they have paid. It also needs to allow users to create a username and password to setup vpn access and to access a user panel to edit basic settings and view usage. A password reset feature must be available on the front end. Users will have options to sign up for access at a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual fee option or based on bandwidth usage limits of 50GB and 100GB. All features must be tested for functionality by developer including payment processing system to ensure all user functions are working as intended.
