Hi, I am in need of a developer or a team that can bring to life a collaborative economy platform that can allow people to: On one side the sellers: - create profiles - upload products photos and logo - link to their social network profiles - interact with buyers - post to a community/forum - manage sales and shipping On the other side the buyers: - experience great UX - buy products through an easy to use interface - interact with sellers - post to a community/forum - get a clear understanding of the terms and conditions - use the most common payment options for thius region (latin america) Here are two great examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This project will be an ongoing colaboration to develop and grow the right platform to serve our market. In a first phase we will developing the main structure of the platform hence a Magento shop administrable by us the owners. I have some front end experience and I was thinking to use an existing Magento theme and develop from there. In a second phase where we will need somebody is to develop the back end to integrate with Magento and allow user to login and administer their own shop, messaging system, post to the community etc. This might not be the best way to develop this type of platform so feel free to make your own suggestion we are open to propositions. No need to say that it has to be responsive and SEO orientated. So are you up for the challenge? To give a bit of background we are based in Colombia so it's important that the proposal be rightly done as we won't have the same budget as somebody in the US or Europe but we are looking for the right match. We have limited budget but the market we are in (Latin America) as a lot of potential so if things work well we'll be in for the long run.
