Sallam Alaykum, I hope all is well and this message finds you healthy. Reason why I am contacting you is that I would like to start a project called BalkanJobRadar. Someday in future inchAllah it should be one single job page for all job seekers on Balkan, since I am from Bosnia, from middle of Balkan. to be honest my inspiration is [login to view URL] where you can just search for a job and it looks whole web for job oppenings, but I am not technicaly skilled enough to do that. I have also already started FB page [login to view URL] and I have 1000 likes without any marketing, so I belive I could have clik or two. i was thinking about phased approach: Phase I set up some basic site, with google optimatisation and place for comertials and Ads, also with Job search possibilities (by location, by language and by occupation), tweeter integration, FB integration, (G+ integration maybe too?)... Phaze II UI for employers so that they so that they can search through the CV data base (if purchased) and post jobs (if Purchased) UI for job seekers so that user can create profile, upload CV and have search agents to send them appropriate jobs. Tool that would add an additional page on the employers home page called "Jobs" or "Careers" and that empolyers can post jobs on their own home page, which will be than copied over ot BalkanJobRadar too (or not) Phaze III Newspapers integration, where inchAllah sone newspapers could publish jobs from Print media online I do not have big budget, so idea is to earn with phaze I enough money for phaze II. I do not mind if you use some designe which you used somewhere else. now my qoustion is what would be your best offer for the PhazeI? The prices for other Phazes will be inchAllah discussed later and you would be the one who is always getting the jobs (i.e. Employer wants to have this !careers! page on his home page, I would just collect the info from him and send it to you and money and you would be creating it).
