Auction & on-line store site (joomla)

Looking for artistic Joomla (1.5 -> 1.7+) Web Developers for this and other projects. We are interested in building long-term business relationships. Joomla 1.5 with Ebay Seller and JoomShopping modules already installed with test data. Logo has already been created (May need background color changed to site colors). The business has an existing auction/store based Wordpress site to use content from as needed. This business auctions and sells Grocery-store and Restaurant equipment. Finished site will need to have newsflash-style specials and promotions on the home page. Joomla's registration system needs to be extended to allow customers to sign-up for bid invitations and newsletters. Special consideration will be given to SEO savvy developers, although back-links and other SEO related services need to be priced separately. All work is to take place on our servers. No up front payments. You will be paid on completion. Additional consideration will be given to developers who have samples of work done that match our current needs. Developer MUST be available for DAILY email communication. Do NOT bid if you are not a good communicator. Developer MUST be able to start immediately.
